Can a diet change (to healthy eating) cause a missed period?
I was supposed to start almost 2 weeks ago. I have taken 2 preg tests and they were negative (which I knew they would be). I started a change in my diet a couple of months ago. I eat only healthy foods 5 to 6 times a day and drink water all day (no more tea, coffee, or lemonade). I have lost 13 lbs in a healthy way (about 1 to 2 lbs per month). I am not exercising vigorously and I don’t have any added stress to my life. I’m too young for menopause.
Correction: I have been losing 1-2 lbs per week, not per month.

Yes that is a very common reason girls miss their periods. Happened to me when I started eating healthy and exercising.

Absolutely. (along with stress, weight loss and illness)
